Visa Information

Citizens of some countries are required to obtain a visa in order to enter Japan. Visa applications must be submitted

to the Japan foreign mission closest to their place of residence at least four (4) weeks prior to the planned travel date.

The following information must be provided for each participant requiring visa support:

5. Institution name

6. Shipping address

7. Postal code

8. Telephone number

9. Country / Region

10. Gender

11. Birthday

12. Age

13. Time to enter Japan

14. If you are the author of the conference, please write the title of the paper.
